Roofing Materials We Install

Each roof is unique and each home has different needs than the next. We will be sure to help you make the best decision.

Asphalt Shingle

Asphalt roofing has been the most popular roofing material in the U.S. since 1920. Technology in the asphalting process has dramatically improved and now, asphalt shingles can last as long as a metal roof. Ask us why our shingles last longer than shingles that other roofers install!

Properly installed, a metal roof should last as long as the home – sealing out water, surviving high winds, and easily shedding snow. Metal is resistant to fire, mildew, insects, and rot and is typically twice the material price of asphalt shingles.

Synthetic Cedar Shake

Real wood shake roofs don’t last as long as they used to. An up and coming company, “CeDUR”, took casts of real cedar shake shingles and poured molds of them to create a synthetic cedar shake roof meaning the grain patterns, shadow lines and textures are all true to life. This creates a beautiful synthetic shake roof roughly four times the material price of asphalt shingles. Check out our photos of our installs!

Flat Membrane

Membrane roofs are mainly installed on flat roof homes with a pitch of 2/12 or less. Membrane products can range from rolled asphalt, to TPO and even EPDM. They last up to 20 years and they are a great way to waterproof a low slope.
